I gotcha, boi! I go back home couple times a year and come back with a big cooler full. Used to go down to Leesville to the shrimp docks and get it right off the boats. I like to grill redfish filets and then top it w/ shrimp or crawfish etouffee. Dats jus stupid good,yeah!

What was that famous Cajun chef's name? Seems like Wilson was his last name. Maybe Justin Wilson. I used to like watching him.

Ohhh okay, I thought it was a real dish aha sorry! I was gonna say, I personally don’t usually like cold fried stuff but maybe it is good that way and I was gonna be willing to try it but now apparently its not lol

My uncle and I used to go fishing down around Leesville, on alot of unnamed bayous...(pronounced bye ya). :lau

Lol! Da bye ya!:gigpeople like to go to Grand Isle, surf fish for big red fish and trout. I liked to go crabbing with a chicken neck on a string just to kill time. Good times...
