I gotcha, boi! I go back home couple times a year and come back with a big cooler full. Used to go down to Leesville to the shrimp docks and get it right off the boats. I like to grill redfish filets and then top it w/ shrimp or crawfish etouffee. Dats jus stupid good,yeah!

What was that famous Cajun chef's name? Seems like Wilson was his last name. Maybe Justin Wilson. I used to like watching him.

My uncle and I used to go fishing down around Leesville, on alot of unnamed bayous...(pronounced bye ya).

Lol! Da bye ya!people like to go to Grand Isle, surf fish for big red fish and trout. I liked to go crabbing with a chicken neck on a string just to kill time. Good times...
