BYC Café

Too early indeed. All was peaceful until about 12:15 when Pip (one of my house cats) decided to romp. She quieted down around 1:00 and back to bed for me. Around 2:30 she was back scratching at the sides of the plastic litter box (she's got some kind of weird fascination about that box). So I spent some time roaming around the internet, went back to sleep and Opie (one of my other house cats) decided I would make a good mattress for his bed. Not a quiet or peaceful night around here...unless you're DH and he slept through it all.

And it's a work day...yay. View attachment 1730530

UGH! Tonight I bet nothing wakes you up. I hope your work day goes quick.

We had a cat named Seuss. He would attack our feet at night if we so much as twitched. Hubs wouldn't even wake up, just shook the cat off and kept right on snoring!

I bet you're right about tonight IM! Mmm, already looking forward to it

Good morning cafe :frow

Thanks for the coffee Shad.

@N F C you were up far too early my friend.

@DobieLover good luck to Skittles! Let us know how things go.

Happy Monday all :)

The vet is going to try to take the tumor without docking the vertebrae. If he can't close the skin, he'll dock it.
On a very good note, the Dr. was listening to Skittle's heart during his admissions exam and said to me "you said he had a heart murmur?" I replied "YOU said he did". He can barely hear it now. It was graded at a 2-3/6 when first detected. So his meds are obviously helping him.

We have to lock our cat out of the bedroom. DH swears she walks across his face during the night.

Good morning Café, and good luck to Skittles for a successful surgery and recovery.

Thank you. I was told to call in at 2:00.
