They are hard. My worst was a Christmas morning~ nothing open & trying to keep it together for the kids. My poor man was beside himself...

Yes, people were kind. My DIL lost her first one too, but now has a 5 month old daughter!

We hadn't told anyone. Were waiting till after the New Year so I was @ the 3 month mark & my whole body wept. It was awful because no~one knew & why I was suddenly so ill but it was a very private grief even now. I gave the child a unisex name & count them as 1 of ours even though I'm the only one who knows it. Grief can be a funny thing.

My closest friends knew I was expecting. When I sent out birth announcements - the friend I knew the longest sent a short reply. "Is this a good thing?" Really changed the way I felt about her. She is my age(I am totally silver or gray however you look at it).

She said IF she EVER had a gray hair she would dye it. IF- ha! She always did a lot of exercising in the gym . I've known her since we were 20, she had a fit that her husband was always talking to me. I wasn't after someone else's husband. That was odd to me because I always envied her looks, her personality (very outgoing).

She used to buy tops that were way too small on her and then act like her "girls." were so big. What? It just struck me as funny. At least I kept my mouth shut and didn't ask her why she didn't buy a larger size blouse. I figured that out on my own.

Diva afraid I probably would have said something I have a half sister big blonde always hated me I was short petite dark almost black hair she made the meanest comments
all the time every time got even she was determined to ride my horse he had her on her a** in nothing flat split her tight jeans right down the back seam

I was short with dark brown hair and slight reddish highlights in the sun. I should also say stark straight, thin hair that wouldn't hold a set or even a perm. Well I am still short but have snow white hair, that actually curls up a little at the ends. I love it.

Mine is all white now refuse to die it BF loves me anyways curled naturally before cancer now straight as can be few stray curls at times but no perms or nothing either good the way we are Diva
