Thank you. I will just check & see if I need to consult you about ingredients. Sad experience tells me you Yanks do some weird things, call things weird names & generally muddy the Queen's English...

Well, I have less trouble communicating with the Brits. Even the Scots are clearer...

Just checking: AP Flour would be all purpose ~ or plain flour as opposed to self raising?
And is this what you mean by brown sugar or do you mean the granulated stuff?

And what are Gram crackers? I know I can google but are they sweet, savoury or bland because I will have to find an alternative. No~one sells Gram crackers out here. Do you know any of these: Arnotts Granita, Arnotts Shredded Wheatmeal or Plain Digestives which are suggested alternatives?

The AP flour is all purpose (plain) flour. And you're spot on about the brown sugar.

Graham crackers are a sweet flavored cracker made from graham flour. From what I see online, it would be called a digestive biscuit. Here's a link that might be helpful where several people from Australia give their answers for a substitute:
