BYC Café

Good morning Cafe.
Coffee is made.
Blue sky and sunshine here today.
The last couple of days heavy rain killed six people in Catalonia apparently.
Nobody seems quite sure how many have died further South but from the new footage the damage looks major.
Two of the local tracks further up the mountain that get used to move around the side of the mountain are gone. I'm told they will stay gone until the sheep work their way accross them in the spring.

OMG! That is terrible. Was most of the damage due to flooding or mud slides?

Good morning, Cafe.
We have another warm, sunny autumn up on deck here. High temp predicted to reach 65F. It's sunny and 38F now. I put a fan on the portion of the walkway I managed to smooth in yesterday and wash down. The fan did a nice job of drying out the path where I had it aimed. It seems to have prevented most of the dew from settling on it.
This walkway only gets about 2 hours of sun on it a day so drying the stone after the critical washing step is a challenge. I also borrowed a professional grade heat gun from work to use to get it dry.

Hopefully, I'll learn more about this job offer tomorrow when I return to work.

Morning. We have a foot of snow and sunshine. Last night's drive home was "something."
What can't sheep do, Shad! Stay safe.
Congrats, DL and Penny. Sour, it is nice that you will have lots more garden spiders for next year.
I could have used some of those for the aphids.
Enjoy the day you All!

Hi Margie! You got dumped on with the snow for sure! We only got an inch (which is ok with me).

You still have your sheep, right?
