I'm probably 20 lbs lighter than that picture too. I've been trying to eat insanely healthy. people probably think I have an eating disorder because I eat vegetables like they are going out of style.
I have to start thinking about things to make myself for Thanksgiving to bring to my parents... this is the only part that truly stinks about being plant-based. I hate when I have to ask others to accommodate me so I just make my own food and bring it with me
that’s awesome!! I need to start eating healthier. I’ve been doing pretty well, cooked a lot recently, but also bought tons of junk food the other day.

So it’s a very slow process haha
I regret buying the junk but I’ve been trying to limit it at least.
mostly just got like cookies and ice cream ha
but I’m trying to eat healthy and eat vegetables daily too at least cause for a while I didn’t.

I also used to eat out tons. Not really actual restaurants but Panera Bread, Subway, etc. I’ve been trying not to do that now.
last year I ate fast food every day for a while.

like actual fast food like Wendy’s and Taco Bell.
Until one day it started affecting me and I couldn’t eat it anymore haha same with soda.
I would get bad abdominal pain. Stopped eating crap and it went away

and now I know it’s linked cause if I eat fried food or fast food or soda, I get it again haha
fine by me, terribly unhealthy anyway and it finally caught up to me.
so now I rarely eat actual crap but I still have a major sweets/junk food addiction.

and I’m not really one for moderation hah I eat it all till it’s gone so best to just not have it but I hate that.
And aw that sucks.

and also I’m sure no one thinks you have an ED for eating vegetables lol
