What's that that's blooming? And do you plant anything up there? While I was weeding the roof.

I can't remember what it's called Meg. I have been told a number of times but it just hasn't sunk in.What's that that's blooming? And do you plant anything up there?
Ah, that's good to know they don't eat those. My garden is fenced and I've never had one fly into it. I wasn't sure what they would/wouldn't eat aside from what I've read. Except grass seed. I know they'll eat that!I can't remember what it's called Meg. I have been told a number of times but it just hasn't sunk in.
I do plant up there but not much and not on the roof itself. there is a sort of trench where the original ground stops and the backfill starts. It's a bout three feet wide. Because it's slightly sunken and at the bottom of a slight slope it provides a bit of shade and stays a bit moister than the roof. I plant in there ate the end of March. Usually a few onions, garlic, chilli and anything else I can think of that the chickens wont eat.
