As far as fungus goes, that's pretty high end!

Morning here about ready to go clean my coops.. Raining here rubber boots have taken my winter coat out temps have dropped

Day has started even cleaned two coops Red my main coop rooster has no tail feathers poor guy has his voice but look like hen just now and not a great one ...

I started raking leaves yesterday.. 4 large wheel barrows full.. Boy was that a treat.. every load dumped had new surprises in it for my kids.

It's great that you let your kids play in the leaves, more parents should do this imo, but don't you think the chickens should get first dibs on all those little bugs?

Good evening Cafe.
I've made a pot of tea. Earl Grey again I'm afraid. I'm having a few posh evenings.
Lovely day here weather wise again. Tonight isn't as cold as last night. I think it's about 10C outside.
I've got lots of tree huggers here not to mention acres of scrub for chickens to hide in. Most nights I get them all into their coops, or at least a coop.
Had one out night before last. Got one out again tonight which I'm about to fetch. She's so high up the magnolia tree it wasn't safe to encourage her out with the others. It's a retrieval on a pole after full dark now.

Well um... the chickens are my 'kids'.. Sorry!
