A belated hello to the Cafe'. Left home at 6 AM and never got back until 6 PM. Beautiful but long day in the field. Scenting was poor and dogs did not perform particularly well in first series. War Cry was back 5th on a run that I really did not like. Thought Will had done a better job, but it's up to the judges. Cry put on an outstanding 2nd series run and was moved up to run with the high hound and proceeded to kick his butt and got the blue ribbon. I'm tired. There's another trial there tomorrow, but this old body is going to stay in bed.

We finished the roof other than some tarring. We cleaned up the yard and filled up 4 garbage cans.
I stacked about a ton of fire wood when I got home. I'm beat but I have a big day tomorrow. I have to finish stacking the rest of the cord wood then get a truck load of pallet scrap and process it. I'll be working on dad's house for about 5 hours first.
