will you hand strip him

Had to google......do wire haired dogs not shed out the old hair?
Brushing doesn't do the job?
Had a std poodle, kept him cut short ...plucking ears was not fun but necessary.

No they do not shed like others the hair is stiffer than poodle.. You pull a coat on a terrier between your thumb and forfinger or you can buy a stripping knife held the same but help pull it

Kept Rascal cut short so he wouldn't mat, not a big fan of brushing.

Which turned out to be best for and him then poodles coat does not mat because of clippering them .. it will mat from not being brushed .. keeping a kennel clip will suite them in all weather

No turkey this year, local farmer didn't grow, processors closed down or swamped.
Hope to start a pot of chicken stock tho.
Haven't celebrated Tday much in years, hope everyone who does is being COVID safe.

We had the kidneys for lunch, with mashed potato. No urine or ammonia smell or taste I'm pleased to say; apparently it's important to get them fresh, wash them well, and soak them in milk for an hour before using. The taste was quite delicate, but they were not as delicious as the ones I remember from Carluccio's restaurant (despite it being his book I was following for cooking and prep; I guess the secret was in the sauce...). On to the tripe!

Driving home from work last night I saw a tent pitched in someone's front yard with chairs arranged around a central fire pit table.
That is where the small family gathering was taking place. It was lightly raining but they were still being responsible and staying outside. When I take the dogs to run this afternoon, I will be curious to see if they are dining under their tent.
