Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.
It's a little cold here this morning at 24F. We have a winter weather advisory. Snow, sleet and freezing rain to start at 1 with an inch of snow and a glazing of ice expected. The drive home from work should be a riot.

It's always ready...and has already been deployed this season.
My back patio, crossed every day on the way to the coop, turns into an ice rink.
North side of walkout, 2 stories, no gutters.
I've found the sand works better than anything for good traction with my wobbly sticks.


Got that 2" of snow last night within an hour or so of whiteout.
Now rain just turning the snow to slush.
Wonders how much will melt before it locks up tonight
