DH's back is still bothering him and I wish he would just rest it properly...

Storm pretty much missed us here, serious flooding in other parts of the state.
5am still HAF, 80° and 99%.
Last Hades Day today...more storms possible this afternoon/evening....then some cooling.

That's not good. I hope he heeds to your wishes and rests long enough for it to heal. Do you think a chiropractor would help him?

Our heat wave breaks tomorrow and then we get some mild rain here and there for a couple days. I'm hoping all our violent weather is past us for the year.

More storms last night, but the wind was not an issue. We got about 2" of much needed rain.

The power is still off. So thankful for the generator. We'll be running it 3x a day, for an hour or two each time, to keep the fridge and freezer going.

Good morning and thanks for the coffee! High of 71 F today and I think that will be tolerable for getting some work done. DH broke his back as a teenager when he was a jockey, so no chiro will touch him without a massive amount of pics, even if he would let them. His Mom told him no chiros, ever, and so that is that.
I put a board under a topper mattress pad and hopefully, that will give him some extra support at night. We shall see if it helped at all...

Heat wave here again we will see 90 to 98
