BYC Café

Just out of interest did she say whether she thought that the low to moderate parasite loads were a normal feature in chickens?
She didn't. I didn't get a chance to speak with her. I got the float results via a texts from her boyfriend, my co-worker.
I want to treat for anything at the moderate level.

Good morning Cafe and thanks for the coffee Debby and Shad. It's having you both back in the Cafe!

It's a much warmer morning here at 37F.
Yesterday was very nice and I enjoyed watching the flock while working on the front of the garage. I hand fed a tin of sardines to the flock focusing on the heavier molters. They literally chased after me when the tin was empty and tried to follow me out of the gate! They really go nuts for sardines.

How did the sill and mortar work go?
Pics of sills?
When I get the siding finished and the stones on I'll post pictures.
I am targeting Thursday to install the cultured stone. I ran out of time yesterday. But the coach lamps sure are nice!

Same here looks like we get your Friday weather on Saturday. That was pretty common when we watched the weather in WI while DD2 was in college there.

@Shadrach Sounds like a very nice day for you!
Do the Brits give you grief for drinking coffee?

56F and cloudy this morning. Oddly the trees are only just NOW starting to drop their leaves. Usually they are mostly down in August. Plus usually have the first light snow flurries in October. None this year.

Last 3or 4 winters have barely had any "sticking" snow. I love to shovel snow, something I do best. The neighborhood men use snow blowers yet, I finish long before them. Later I open up the end of their driveways to the street, and access to their mailboxes.

Our area doesn't have sidewalks, so we tend to use the driveways for that. Really shouldn't clear the driveway, it only invites strangers who want to turn around and flatten out my lawn. They don't want to believe the street ends in my driveway.

The utility easement runs along the north side of my property. Folks think they can just drive across it to the next block. Nope, folks across it will be on you like flies on poo poo if you try it.
