Emptied 10 small pint jars of pasta, pizza sauce into 4 quart jars.
Still 10 more pints for pizza.

Another long day of dahlia dividing here - if it wasn’t 6:30pm already I would put on another cup (though occasionally I do have coffee after dinner).

Here’s a photo of the last dahlias of the season with some fall pullet eggs.

The good news is, there is nothing wrong with the bottom drain plumbing.
The bad news is, I have a leak in the pond liner somewhere and have to find and patch it.

Leak is likely at the level which the pond drained down to?


Warm sunny temps were wonderful the last 2 days.
Open house windows, woke the sound of a light rainfall.
Surprise thunder boomer last evening, with a terrific blast of lightning.
