I am a night owl as well. Unfortunately, I have a job that requires me to get up in the morning. If I didn’t have to conform to society, I’d see a lot less daylight than I do now.

Good afternoon, had to work from home as our AC broke on Monday! It's been the 90's here my MIL & SIL have been in front of fans as my wife and I when we get home. We have a hole house warranty; they came out it's the compressor so now have to see when they can get one. So, I went out and bought some used window ac units.
Had to put the chicken tractor on hold a few days when it gets down below 90's

Yesterday was DHs 70th birthday. I bought a little cake for us to "share". I ended up giving about 3/4 of it to the staff to enjoy after we were done with it.

I left a message with the administration office yesterday and no one called back. I asked at the nurses desk where the offices were and told them why I wanted to know. I said that if something isn't done to help DH with his neck and that he wasn't better cared for I would be submitting a complaint of neglect to the State.
I will be calling the Admin office again today.

GOOD MORNING! It's the weekend so fix a cup of your magical hug in a mug brew and enjoy the quiet while you mentally make a list of things that need to be done today.
I hate how elders in a nursing home get treated these days!
@DobieLover , I'm with you on calling the state about the neglect, mistreatment that is happening in that facility. When you go there do you get a chance to talk to the other patients family and get their opinion on the care their loved one is getting. IT might take more than you to make complaints about that facility before any major change takes place.

Good morning, thank you for the coffee, in my office all alone I prefer to get more done till they all filter in. That's when the questions start, I'm working on three estimates and setting up three projects for the project teams to take over.
Go home hopefully hear from the warranty company, poor little AC worked their butts off can't wait to see my electric bill.

I have central air and heat but we keep a window AC in the bedroom window seeing how FH likes the bedroom to be very cold (so cold I use thermal pants/shirts to sleep in Lol ) and our electrical bill is never more than $175.
