DH and I are heading to MORF's and will help with some tree work. He is making chili for lunch and he is so happy, excited, and relieved to be able to "do the right thing" by making us (his ranch hands) a meal when we help out. LOL!

I reached out to the Yahoo from yesterday and told them that if he wasn't going to take that Easter Egger that he was going to end up on my table. I'm dropping him off to the guy Sunday morning on my way out to the poultry swap that's less than 3 miles from where he lives.

This morning on our run we saw a very large, beautiful male fisher. We immediately turned and went the other way as I have never seen one down here before. Something to keep in the back of my mind with Piper on the loose because it could easily kill her.
