Just finished up an OC of mine. I went for a rough, evil edge. I mean, speaking she IS a demon, I kinda needed a rugged edge. XD I decided to draw this one in anime style - Black Butler style to be exact. XD

Any Bamboo tablet users here?

Blargh, I am having a marvelously horrific time figuring out the layers and background stuff. *thud*
I have been painting, finally got some idea of what brushes do what and how to fool around with them. At this point in time I have partially finished painting on a picture that I am loving at the moment, but I have no idea what to do with the background!
It's on the Elements 9 thingamabob. Anyone have any good sites or anything they recommend for sad doodlers like myself? I need an instruction booklet on understanding layers. And more time to google.

Well, I'm finally able to get online again after being at a hotel with super slow internet for a week. -__- I drew one thing the whole time I was gone though. It's better than nothing though, right?



If you're wondering why the nose looks like something a two year old could draw, it's because I wasn't exactly trying to be perfect with this. I just needed to relax a bit, which is also the reason behind why I didn't draw the rest of the face.
