My large darker two eggs were Welsummer, my light brown were probably Buckeye, my smaller cream were d'Anvers. Or that really small one could be a pullet egg for an Ancona. :confused: if it's hard to tell, they have white inside, except in shade or if you hold it up to the light and look through it.
 
For anyone who wants know, those eggs I showed you were pulled fresh out of the coop 2 minutes before I broke them.
Laid today.
The Cinnamon Queen I actually pulled right after she laid it. Still wet and warm, you can't get fresher than that.

That's it... I'm going to have to become a geneticist. Then I will spend all my time decoding chicken egg shell color.
