Watch the news. Peeps die everyday down here because of the heat
Poor things don't drink water.
Even if you do drink water, when you’re dripping with sweat it’s not a good sign. That means it’s not cooling you down properly.

You wouldn’t believe the amount of short faced dogs who come into the vet clinic because they suddenly dropped near-dead from heat stroke. :( They just can’t regulate temps like they should and their little brain overheats.

We would all die down here if we didn't run the air conditioner year round. We don't use heaters down here. I think we turned ours on once this past "winter"...AC year round is a must.

It is still hard for me to grasp that some of you aliens...I mean northerners don't have AC in your homes.

That is nuts to me.
lol, we have a window A/C. only one. the upstairs of my current place is almost always 30*C (86F) year round we have ceramic block heaters one on each floor. We never turn the upstairs one on.

I didn't have A/C until 3 years ago though. my parents didn't have A/C either... actually, they still don't.

It really depends just on what you can tolerate. I was complaining in the spring that it was too hot, when it was going up to 15*C (59*F) outside, because, well it was super humid, and I just couldn't handle the sudden heat. The over night frost has only just stopped a week ago.

You would be very very uncomfortable down here.

It's uncomfortable for us regulars during our summers.

We never turned our heating system on. My family owns a wall mounted heating company (NOT radiator.. ew) and we use that for heat solely in the winter. Really cuts down on heating bill.
My room is near freezing it seems like sometimes. I need my own personal heater.

We have AC downstairs, and a window one downstairs, as well as a window one upstairs, but it doesn't reach my room so I have to use a pitiful window fan, but the wind does blow west like, ever, so my room is always stuffy and humid on nights like last night.

Lol well, I know a good one if you’re actually interested.
