it looks to me like white is fully dominant. and slate is co-dominant with yellow.

the E's are special. (I haven't looked in to it so I can't really explain.)

That would make sense as the hen with slate has a father with yellow and mother with slate

Im giving up for tonight. I think ive made pretty decent progress. Im finally finding some of the more technical stuff. ive got 8 of the genes for brown shell named now too. Although its more the expression of the different chemicals that are being referred to and used. The brown color has actually been found to be in the shell 80 - 87% of the pigment, and the rest in the cuticle.

Family first. Life happens, were not gonna get this done wearing ourselves out.

Ill be gone friday saturday and sunday. And i have chicks hatching monday possibly 6 kids in the house for that, and then i have to find a day probably wednesday, to drive 6 hours round trip to get the chicks halfway to their forever home.
