Hmmm.... I thought it was you who had an egg on the counter, in a bowl, under a light bulb. Reckon it wasn't. Somebody said it to me over the telephone.
Interesting idea though!
Bowl with a smaller bowl inside it, smaller bowl upside down. Wet paper towels or cloth rags for moisture around smaller bowls sides. Egg on smaller bowl, and a light bulb for heat. Add a thermometer, figure out some kind of cover, and voila! Instant 'bator!
Obviously, I have too much time on my hands today!

Sorry, a little off topic, but lurky, you're a GFM now and did you know you could make a custom title if you wanted? Just not sure if you knew that! Everyone else was doing customs!
I picked up a new flashlight and candled tonight (day 5) and it looks like i have 4 and maybe even 5 eggs developing
This is a very imprtant hatch to me. I was so hoping to get a few to hatch. I only had 8 to try from and no 'do-overs' if it went bad. I see most of you have so many eggs in this hatch, but i only had 8 so i was a wreck waiting to find out.......... I am VERY HAPPY
