It died!!! The next morning, I checked on it and it was dead! So the bowl is back in the cabinet!

I think I have atleast 2 out of 4 babies that are roos in the BH pen, they are the cochin/blue hens. I am sad because I am super attached to them and if they are boys, will have to find new homes

I don;t think Sir Ceasar is going to like having competition...

OK, so yesterday was Day 18. Out of the turner, boost the humidity. Then a scramble to REDUCE the humidity! Last hatch was house closed up, central heat running. This one is windows open in other parts of the house and much higher RH outside. RH shot to 86%- sucked water out, to almost nothing. RH stable at 63% overnight, today went down to 40%, added 3 cc's water through aquarium/airline tubing.

The bantam egg has pipped already, day 19. Dang, this is going to be an interesting hatch.
