Turns out it was just happening with BYC. I opened Word and I could use backspace just fine. I‘ll restart the computer and see if that fixes the issue.

My boss needs to hear that. You should hear the slamming around she does with her keyboard after she drops most of her lunch in between the keys... I have had the same one here for 9 years now and while it could use a vacuum or blowing out it isn't too bad, she has been here just over a year and hers is just full...
