Okay thank you! And I’m not really sure.. maybe down to the text box? So like halfway? Or just all the way down like the up one does if that is easier. I don’t mind a bit of scrolling just sometimes there’s a lot of long stuff to get past haha maybe this is just me being lazy sure would make things a lot quicker though haha all the way down is probably simpler and perfectly fine

I miss the (up)top and (down)bottom buttons too....they were along the right side of page.
They went all the way to the top or bottom of pages.
On laptop anyway, not sure about mobile.

They were on mobile too. I have found myself going to use it like a ton of times today only to remember There is only an up button

Does he know his password? Did he say what error he is getting?
