No, BUT! We do have ring-neck and Alexandrine (among others) feral flocks all over our capital, among other cities!

I was so convinced I was gonna have an Alex, then Quarter happened and now I doubt I will
It's so weird to think of feral flock of those species even though i know they're super common!
