I have been giving my easter egger (poor girl) a tablet for the past 7 days and today she laid another really big egg. She seemed to handle it better this time but I think she is still having some discharge, not sure if it is lash egg stuff or what, the other girls are finding something and acting like the really got a treat. This egg has calcium chunks on it and part of the shell is delaminating, still plenty thick. My ? is should I continue giving CC+D3, I don't want to over do it.

Usually, for egg problems, giving calcium pills is a once-and-done thing. That's a high potency amt of calcium that causes contractions so the hen can lay the egg. I would stop for now and just leave out oyster shell for her. I doubt she'll want any for a day or two.
