Ahh!
Yes, poor little chick!
You are doing a great job with him or her! Eating and doing chicken things is a good sign!
She's being kinda sassy sometimes to the others if they get too close. LOL So I guess she has her "voice".That really sucks Amy Beth. Sorry to here ...keep up the good work!
I was going to say it looks better than the first pictures! I'm so glad she seems to be recovering. The wound seems to be drying out nicely, dosen't seem as big now, Paperthin skin is so challanging to deal with. Great news she is doing chick things, takes the worry of brain damage out of the picture. Shes got a wonderfull caretaker!
I'm looking to buy some bantam frizzle or sizzle Cochin fertile hatching eggs. I would like to buy them for My niece for her Birthday.
I have a few little hens in my fun flock and everytime my niece comes over, she tells me how bad she wants them....I think it's time I make her dream come true. If anyone knows Where I can get some, please let me know. I'm thinking she might want to show them in 4H. Thank you, Molly

He has a little rooster bantam frizzled cochin, hes the best!! Funniest little chicken ever.

You need one spot that is 95 degrees. The chicks will move to the warm spot when they are cold. You do not want the whole thing at 95 degrees. They should be fine. I have brooded that many with one bulb.
Great cat picture!
