I have a few 3 week old chicks who don't go under the Eco glow. I'm tempted to pull it out and use it on my next due hatch instead of a lamp but they are so young ... Would you ?

They to seem to out grow the heat quickly. It makes them more cold hardy somehow

All of u that are hatching eggs have now made mr addicted to hatching.
i have two questions. 1) will the eggs hatch on the 21st day or later? And 2) what would be tge color/name of a cross between appenzeller sputzhauben and either a gold lace polish or a white crested black polish

Next to the quote button, it says Multi. Click on it and it will turn gray. Go to the next one you want to quote and click Multi again. When you get to the last one you want to quote, click on quote. All of the multis and the last one quoted will appear in your edit window.

That is kind of what I have done with my layer flock. But, I tend to collect 2 of a kind! That really makes chicken math go crazy! My flock is very eclectic but now I know which breeds I like the best!
