California - Northern

OH yes, but very tiny.  I just don't know how  big they get. Everyones combs are small compared to Marans so I get confused.  And yeah, its the  pink on both chins that worries me.  If you ended up with 2 roos I should know who is a hen by stockton, if you are going.

Cool, I definitely want to go. :)

Thanks Kelly I have a foam GQF I just got back from my boss. I was just thinking a nicer bator would yield better hatches on these rare hatching eggs I am buying in.
My wife is about to strangle me

Like I said, my brinsea is foolproof. I have the auto turner too. It doesn't hold as many as the hovabator, but it's better for worry free hatching. I have yet to have a bad hatch in it - everything that is viable hatches. (the down side is you can't cram as many eggs in it as you can the hovabator) I have the Brinsea Spot check thermometer as well and it's accurate to .1 degree.

Just let me know. I'm not hatching at the moment. (I'm waiting for my darn wellie to start up!)

How many eggs can you fit in each?

A couple dozen in the brinsea, 42 (not including stacking eggs) in the hovabator.
