ha! I found some interesting stuff on chow hound on the best breed for every preparation of chicken. Bresse they recommend poached or stuffed, not roasted. The lady I got it from said so far the best was bbqd . Another site recommends baking them in salt. I will have an opinion in about... 6 months or so?

Oh Ron Oh Deann.....
My Bator is full. Three yesterday and 4 today they are laying ... Well I just got done moving them.

My bator is full of assorted eggs. If someone wants to come get them this weekend let me know.
I wish I could of waited a few days to set these too but

Darn it, can't make it up there. Darn, wish you did not live so darn far. Willing to ship? happy to pay cost.
 
I saw this post just before bed and of course dreamed about dark colored eggs all night.

I have a lot of room in my incubator. It must be time for a road trip!
