California - Northern

The auctions for the Bielefelder hatching eggs sold for $45 for the one auction and $41 for the second one. They were 12+ hatching eggs.
wasnt this the variety that was super over priced about 2 months ago? Like I say just wait it out a bit and they all become affordable

I've been on vacation for almost two weeks, and I am over 700 posts behind... But when I got home, I went to visit my chickens, and guess what I found?!

My first two colored eggs! They are a light green/olive color, 27 grams and 30 grams. I think they are Edith's, a bantam easter egger, 25 weeks old.

Those are great looking eggs!

My chickens have been eating King Feed Freedom Layer for more than 6 days, so the eggs from my flock are GMO Free!

I Hard boiled some eggs tonight and they are very tasty--with no Soy or corn. And GMO Free...

I wonder if I can get it up here. What is the protein %?

Nice eggs from a beautiful girl!

I just saw this link from Kings Feed on FB this morning. King Feed's formulation director claims that after 7 days of feeding your chickens GMO free feed, their eggs will be GMO free.
But is Kings Feed considered organic? Our feed store sells it.

Eggciting!!!!! Monday we got our first grandegg from our Bresse pullets! It was a cute little cream colored egg! Unfortunately, I didn't snap a pic of it and my friend has six kids so at this time of the year all extra eggs get eaten quickly!

Your girl is beautiful!

the King Feed Freedom GMO Free layer is 17% protein. The Starter\grower is 20%.
