English Game Bantam or perhaps a Phoenix Bantam would be my guess. I believe the color is Silver DuckwingAnyone know what breed of chicken this is? Her owner would like to know...any ideas?

Hello! I'm new here and I live in far northern CA, near Eureka.
Does anyone else live in the area? I'm trying to find people to talk to about how to find/buy older pullets/young hens locally. And just to chat with, of course!
