Seven of them will be black and white, two will be chocolate and white. What color are yours?-what color will those be?

They seem so content to sit there in the little dividers...except for that little busy-body on the left. How long did it take you to teach them that?

He's definetly one of the stronger ones, lol. Dividers are out now and they're one mass of duckling fluff.

Let's see if I've got this right........Thanks Ron.
That's it Debi. Exactly what I want and eclectic layer pen & purebred breeding pens.
Very nice! Zoro looks quite regal, don't you think? Maybe you should call him "King Zoro "Took a few pics of my Pita Pinta roo Zoro today and his blue PP/Langshan cross babies. It looks like there are 3 "Pingshan" boys and 3 girls They are looking much more Langshan than Pita Pinta. Maybe I should call them Langshintas instead! You can also see a couple of the Bresse chicks that are in with them.![]()

Mine will have to be a Queen Zora. I have no more breeding pens for new breeds. A Zoro would have to join the free loading free ranger crew.....LOLVery nice! Zoro looks quite regal, don't you think? Maybe you should call him "King Zoro "
Duck???? Gees do I need to have ducks again????? We have a pair of wild Mallards that visit our small pond in the back yard daily. My husband has been trying to get pictures of them. They have been coming back for several years now & she eventually comes walking down the driveway leading her little fluffy butts. He's definetly one of the stronger ones, lol. Dividers are out now and they're one mass of duckling fluff.

I'm totally lurking but I have an answer. 3 weeks seems to be when my chicks abandon the ecoglow and I pull it out for the next batch. My main brooder has a string of christmas lights for extra warmth since its outside but 3 weeks is about the length they need the serious warmth. Nice to be pulling chicks off heat so early. I have 7 ducklings that are 2 weeks that hardly use it. Theyre outside too and they use it when they need it but thats rarely.Your baby duck is cute but your color pattern in your granite is beautiful!
Great photos!
I have a few 3 week old chicks who don't go under the Eco glow. I'm tempted to pull it out and use it on my next due hatch instead of a lamp but they are so young ... Would you ?
