California - Northern

I live in Santa Cruz and have always thought of myself as a Northern Californian (5th generation, my mother and ancestors are from Salinas). Can I be part of the Northern California group? Also, I commuted to San Francisco for ten years before retiring, and my daughter and her husband live in Alameda and my sister lives in Eureka, so I identify northward! Love the website!

Funny my Grandpa and mother were born in Eureka Ca. and myself Healdsburg Ca. but I always figured South of Santa Rosa was Central Ca. and every thing below Bakersfield Southern Ca. but to each their own lines but here on BYC I believe home is where the heart is ..

Would anyone near me have a female Muscovy or duck that would like a beautiful boyfriend?
My house Muscovy has ended up being a male & he's getting a little too aggressive indoors with my dogs & cat. He's a doll & I love him but I also can't have the rest of the house becoming scared of him. He is just aggressive in the sense that he's nipping them (not hard but enough to intimidate a dog or cat), stalking them, hissing aggressively at everything, stealing their food & just all around not playing nice. He loves when I take him outside with me to garden so I think he would appreciate a more outside life. If you would like to meet him first I'd be willing to take him to you to see if he would like you.
I love him but his happiness means more than my want for another house Muscovy.
