Cross your Black Copper Maran with a true Blue egger layer like an Ameraucana or Cream Legbar you will get Olive Eggers. I believe if you cross a Black and a Splash you will get blacks unless your black is splash factored. I could be wrong because Chicken genetics is new to me, but there are project threads you can research. I my "olive egger" who has not laid an egg yet so who knows??? She looks like a Black Copper Maran but is supposed to be a cross between a Cream Legbar and a Black Copper Maran.
Does she look like this one;

Everyone tells me she's a EE but hasn't started laying yet...

I don't have a picture of Olive, but no she doesn't look like that she is Black with a pronounced comb, foot feathering, and the red necklace feathering just like a Black Cooper Maran Hen. Who knows I may not have an Olive Egger after all I might have another Maran. I'll find out when she starts laying. LOL.
The one in your picture could be an EE. I am not sure. I believe they can come in all sorts of colors since they are mixed to lay a variety of colored eggs.

She looks like an EE to me, I've had a couple with that coloring, although they did have a little more of the beard/muff.

Nice, I like your splash hen.

If anyone has some nice BLRW they are looking to sell drop me a PM, I would be interested.

I need some advice, I just found a second chicken with watery bubbly eyes. I read through the emergency/disease threads found nothing. But I have found 4 different meds so far. Can anyone help clear up my confusion so I can shop for the best meds...

It can be a LOT of things. Is there any smell involved? Also any breathing noises or crust on the nose?

If there is no smell and no lung or nasel involvement and it is not eye worms you can treat with eye drops. If there is kight nasal or breathin g you can use la 200 . If it sounds respitory I'd use tylan. If there is more then 1 chicken I wiuld treat everyone.

Stocking all sorts of Antibiotics for animals at home is both expensive and confusing.

In my humble opinion, these are the antibiotic that we should have at home. Between these 2 drugs you can cover just about any disease that is treatable by antibiotics that your chickens are likely to catch.

Since I was in a hurry, my feed store only had the Tetroxy-280, I mixed 11/2 tbs +- per gal. Should I give it for the recommended 7-14 days, or how long should I give it? I decided to treat the flock instead of the 2 with runny eyes. But I will be ordering both meds for the future. Your supplier is cheaper.. I also read several posts regarding tossing eggs or not to.... what do you say?

I would give for 7-10 days. You have had 2 birds come down with it several days apart so it may be traveling accross your birds with a 3-4 day incubation period. 7-10 days should be enough to kill the bug and break the cycle.

I shop around. Even from the company I listed, there are other brands of the same generic drugs that are more expensive. Thats why I posted pictures of the ones I order.

Tylan is often recommended for resp diseases in chickens. I personally dont stock it as I use others that are cheaper and I feel as effective - but thats anecdotal and had no statistical merit.

My chickens are 7500 miles away so I have to treat them remotely. I find that the above cures most things.

It is important to make up fresh solution each day. Try not to make up too much at a time as wasted antbiotic filled water is bad for nature as it increases the speed at which resistance to the antibiotic develops.

Some drugs are listed as restricted in Ca. This means that they can only be used as directed. Any drugs listed on the jeffers site can be bought withour prescription.

I dont eat eggs while on antibiotics withholding period but I do incubate them.
