I need some imput. I dont like my stand mister. Which do you think of these would be better? Also do you think my young chicks need a mister they are a little over a month old. And do you think my all black cats would hate a mister? There outdoors in an enclosure.

I prefer the misters (first link) over the drip irrigation. Misters overhead is more cooling and it saves more water. The drip will puddle, make things too wet and waste water. The mister seems a little too heavy-duty for a chicken coop. You don't need that many nozzles unless you have like 150 chickens, though you can adapt it.
That said, last week, I posted a tutorial on a DIY mister that's simple, easy to make, cheap and versatile. Tutorial includes diagrams for different configurations. If you only have a few chickens, it's easy to DIY.

Here's the link to the DIY mister tutorial: https://realhensofoc.wordpress.com/2016/06/21/keeping-cool-with-a-diy-mister/

I think they adjust so they can either drip or become misters ill have to ask on the questions. I have about 40-45 max 50 chickens but 15 are babies in the front yard also whats a good bedding to keep the chicks on so it doesnt stink in nothing flat. I currently have them on a mix of hay shavings from costco (horse bedding the soft one) and those horse pellet things that are wood that absorb. The chicks are currently in a dog crate but tonight im putting them into an old dog fencing thing i have thats like a puppy coral thing.

Whether they are drip or misters depends on the holes and structure of the nozzles. I didn't look too closely, but the system in the 2nd link is for drip. They don't appear to be misting nozzles or adjustable for misting. Usually they can adjust to control some of the flow of water, but drip nozzles are not misting nozzles.

I'm not certain how many chickens you have but I have 4 hens free-ranging the backyard. This is the free-standing Orbit Mister style we use and bought our first one on Amazon - we didn't get to choose a color and they sent us purple/mauve. Since then we've discovered the hardware stores sometimes carry these. The Arctic Cool at Lowe's also has a similar model. You just screw in a garden hose at the base and turn on the faucet. We didn't fuss with long line tube misters that have to be hung from rafters or roofs -- but then we only have 4 hens and found a couple of these stand-alone misters do just fine in the yard:
