Well they aren't attached to their shell any more.. So have put them under the heat lamp. So far so good.. When do they need food and water?

I add food and water after they fluff
Up. Usually doesn't take that long.

The Black East Indies have externally pipped overnight after i safe holed them yesterday but the Calls are still doing NOTHING! Just wiggling enough that I know they are still in the game but they are definitely not playing by my rules!

When or should I make a safe hole? I have 10 eggs in lockdown. Yesterday was day 25. On day 24, 2 were internally pipped. I have not opened to candle yet but the eggs were extremely active yesterday but have not wiggled much at all today.

You should make your SAFE HOLE ONE DAY AFTER the due date

I made a safe hole because I didn't think they moved much either.. I am sure the others will tell you
