My Lav Ameraucana and BLRW eggs are at the post office! Yay!!!

Thank goodness, the weather has been crazy warm (for Northern Alberta) its been +7C for the past few days so hopefully the eggs are fine. Well, off to go pick them up.

My Mini ECO came today too!! I'm going to pick upp eggs tomorrow afternoon and then off we go!!! Woooohooooo!!!

I ordered a Mini too! Couldn't resist especially since the Oct 20 Eco has quail eggs in it! I'll switch the quail into the Mini when it arrives, that way I won't have to worry about having a staggered hatch.

got my bator all set up and am about to set the egg in...wish me luck for a good result on my first ever incubated eggs - 8 mechelse koekoek (sorry dont know the english name) 8 araucana, 6 chabo, 2 marans, 3 bantam cochin and one unknown...

I got 7 Serama eggs in the Mini Advanced! Febuary, 13th is the due date!!

I have 7 eggs in Brinsea Mini Advance for my very first hatch. Today is day 7 and I just candled all the eggs! All seven have small moving black spot with spider like veins. Woo hoo!
