That's what I've been told. That's why I didn't get BEWs, I really wanted a little Blue eyed Siamese sable netherlands dwarf doe, but I was told not to get one because blue eyes are hard to work with and "if you have REWs you'll get purple eyes" so I didn't get the blue eyed beauty
