Can you harvest a bird with Dry Fowl Pox?

    I was just wondering want to dress out a couple of turkeys for TG and they have dry pox. Would apreciate your views on this. thanks.

    I dont see any reason why not. Fowl pox is not transmittable to humans.

    That is what i was thinking, one hen has the bumps in her nose, and all around her mouth and can barely eat so we want to harvest a couple weeks earlier ya know to limit her suffering and keep her meat up for us. Thank u.
