Can't post wanted ads

After overlooking and counting the amount of posts I have posted, I believe I have over 20 now. But for some reason I still can't place any wanted ads.

Can you provide more details on the steps you take and the messages you are getting?

If under 18, you will not be able to post want or for sale ads.

When I enter the chick ads for 8 weeks or older and click on the tap to start a new thread I only get the options to unsubscribe or mark as read. But if I go into any other general forum discussion I have the option to start a new thread.

I too can't post on certain areas of the site. Earlier I posted on 'Raising Baby Chicks', but later when I tried to start a post on 'Chicks 8 weeks old & older' I was unable to. Wondering if can only start a post once a day?

Can you go back to this exact section and try and start a thread and take a screenshot of what happens when you do?
