Hi guys, Just an FYI.. I was formerly BluRoo, but am now ~SunSetsWest~ still the same cool birds just a new name...

Ok it is less than 2 weeks away. I need a few things that we need to bring. If any one has canopys we will need them. I have a big field and no trees. I am getting a porta potty if any one would care to donate to the cause if not that is ok....i do not mind having it. I am thinking we need drinks, bread, mayo, mustard, lunch meat ( what ever you care to bring) cheese and anything else you can think of that we might need. I am posting signs in the local feed shops. so i am hoping for a good turn out. I am listing from 12 to 4.

Ladybug, I do not have any conopies, sorry!
But I have used the blue traps, and poles to make a temporary cover, (canopy)- just an idea.

Are you going to be selling drinks and food? We could use that to cover the cost of the portapotty?

I have some pork sausage , and I can bring hot dogs and buns and some drinks

I so want to come this is all new to me so if someone can tell me what I need to bring it would be great. Is there a list of what people are looking for? I want a blue slate hen to go with my tom. I have some chicks I am selling I could save some to bring. I have Rhode fertile eggs and a hen sitting. I have Peking ducks if I can talk my husband out of a pair. I have bunnies are they allowed too? How many people are we thinking? Please advise novice here
