chat problem?

Basically what we think is happening is that the security certificate on the company's site that we pay to host our chat has expired. I vaguely remember this happening a year ago too.

I've escalated a support ticket to their team and hope they will have a fix soon.
 
For sure. It is just a technicality and worst case is that your chat isn't going to be 100% secure... but we record it anyway, so no biggie.

Just make sure not to give out your credit card until the connection is secure!
