chat problem?

Basically what we think is happening is that the security certificate on the company's site that we pay to host our chat has expired. I vaguely remember this happening a year ago too.

I've escalated a support ticket to their team and hope they will have a fix soon.

For sure. It is just a technicality and worst case is that your chat isn't going to be 100% secure... but we record it anyway, so no biggie.

Just make sure not to give out your credit card until the connection is secure!

Chat still works, you just have to click through the warnings... but that's totally up to you.

We're still looking into the issue and hope the support team will have a fix soon.

Mine won't let me past the error at all
