Ever hear of World of Warcraft? Video game he plays ALL the time. We also have a Wii, Xbox 360, and Game Cube. He plays more than the kids do.
Hoping for something that involves movement. (He also gaining weight.) Yea, he knows about the video games. Thanks though.

Rug Hooking! Sounds crazy, but my grandfather was a mason/contractor and he took that up and jewelry....and made some nice stuff!

Buy him a Swiffer Wet Jet. I swear, since I brought one home, I have not had to clean floors. Oh and a Clorox toilet wand with refills. hehehe

Our venture with the R/C planes came to an abrupt end when he painted the darn thing "drab olive" and flew it into the "drab olive" woods.

Yea..... Found it the following winter when all the drab olive leaves turned brown. By then the forest critter got hungry and ate the wiring and the foam rubber padding out of it. No to mention the damage from the crash. (Since the plane matched the leaves, he couldn't see where it was going, and it crashed). Retrieved the motor and what was left of the body.

...Oh Terrie..my hubby thinks thats the best invention ever!!...He got one for the cabin!....

I introduced mine to the hobbies of sweeping, cooking, dusting and dishes since he retired!!...even likes the bedmaking !!

Unfortunately I have finally admitted to being picky about my house~it's cleanliness that is~ and the fact that certain things can only be cleaned good enough by me. Some things I let him do that I know he can't screw up, like taking laundry out of the washer and putting in the dryer.
No cooking or we'd be in the ER for a strain of E Coli the CDC has never heard of before.
I will mention the Latching/Hooking to him though.

BTW: He is working on some jewelry as we speak, but this has been the first time he's touched them since Thanksgiving.

I have too many hobbies and none of em are cheap..
reef aquarium, motorcycles, computers, scuba diving, flying, sailing...etc etc
