There was just the one turkey and I took him very early on. He is beautiful for sure, except that ugly turkey head and neck, lol.

just candled those silkie eggs and 6 for 6 have embreo's in them and its only day 6!!! I was shocked and thrilled to see the spot at this early stage.

so, I went to the swap with chicks, sold them all, came home with more birds than I took. also, bigger than I took. honest, I can put the chick down and walk away anytime I want to. I JUST DO NOT WANT TO YET. nervous lol . I CAN put the widdle cutie pie chickie down and walk away. I can.............just...........not............yet........ahhhh. I feel better now

I am just hoping I dont screw up the hatch, I hate it when I blow a hatch.

got 1 chick out of 8 and one trying, nto sure it didnt die in the shell though.

for some reason some of mine get to a certain stage of growth and just stop. not overly sure why> ?

Don't have any helpful insight there being as how I've never incubated eggs myself. I'm glad you got at least one. Now we keep our fingers crossed for my SLWs and your other upcoming hatches!

yep they were set last night, I just hope none got scrambled before they got here, I will be very disapointed. I worry because 5 out of 12 were either cracked or completely broken.
