Chick ate earring!!

hello! so my 2 week old chick ate my mothers pearl earring, it was kinda large and we are pretty sure it was just the pearl itself, not the back part. she has a large neck and my mom thinks she can feel it but we are not sure. Also not sure if she can or has pooped because of it. this happened last night- im afraid if it will stuck in her and she will die. any tips are very helpful!

If you do not already have them on grit, make it available immediately. The pearl will likely get digested. The rest of the earring may or may not pass and it's impossible to say if it'll do any damage. Do NOT try to force the bird to vomit it up.
