Chick has neck leaning way back.

I have a chick 1-2 days old and it's neck is in a very odd position.
What is going on and how can i help?

I think it has wry neck. I don't know how to treat it though.

Yes it looks like wry neck. You will need to get some multi vitamins . Polyvisol , a drop in the beak twice a day. Or if you have a mega B tablet, you could crush it up and sprinkle it on the feed.
It is important to make sure it is getting enough to eat and drink.
Marmite is a good source of thiamine.
