Chick is hatching out the bottom side of the egg...should I turn the egg over?

Wonderful :clap

If the membrane looks more moist just keep an eye on it. Watch for chewing or yawning. If its not making that motion and just chirping loudly and seems to be struggling, its probably absorbed the yolk and having troble getting out. You can gently and slowly peal of bits of shell from the hole. If you see it begin chewing or see any blood at all, stop and put it back in the bator.

Can you tell at all?
I'm still worried about it, but I'm about to leave school for the day...

Ok! I was able to find some neosporin type ointment at the school. I briefly took out the egg, set it on a moist paper towel, dabbed the ointment on the visible membrane and then put it back in the incubator with the moist paper towel. Is there anything else I should do? Should I lay the paper towel flat (right now it's up around the edges of the egg with the hole uncovered)..there's one hatched chick in the bator so I'm worried it will knock the egg in a way that the towel covers the hole...

I do feel like I saw some chewing motions now...it's just so hard to tell! I don't want to assist if I shouldn't!
If I leave now (3:30pm) and I'm back by 7:30am do you think I'll still have time to act more then?
