In the Brooder

We recently got 8 new chicks for raising then selling. We purchased 6 sapphire gems, 1 americauna, and 1 little barred rock. The barred rock seems to have a crooked toe.
2 days ago when we got them was when we noticed it. It looked like she got her middle toe broken when she was in the brooder at tractor supply.
She is most likely about 1 week or so old and is the runt of the brooder. Because the brooder at the store was a large horse waterer, we were unable to see the feet until we brought them home. We first put on a small, thin bandage - which covered all of her toes for support - to straighten it out, but we ended up removing it for a smaller bandage that only covered her injured toe.
I removed it today as a result of thinking it was a deformity. We've been monitoring her eating and drinking and it seems to be normal as far as we can tell. We added electrolytes to their water and she has gotten a bit more energetic since day one.
We also noticed a bit of pasty butt when we first got them and we had to treat it right away so they could sleep safely overnight without risk of fatality. We made sure that they went in and out of the house as quick as possible but it may have stressed them out - could this be affecting her eating and drinking?
Her poop is normal and their bedding is long hay.
I labeled this under 'non-urgent' because though it seems like a problem it isn't causing the chick any pain, nor is it urgent enough to bring her to a vet(if there are any avian vets around, anyway).
If anyone has any information, tips, or recommendations for treatment, please tell me.
I included some photos for reference.
